Clients often come to me feeling anxious, low, stressed or overwhelmed. They may be struggling with low self-esteem or feeling stuck. Sometimes they come with a specific concern such as a traumatic experience, relationship issues or a major life change.
Counselling offers a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly about what’s on your mind. There is no pressure to share more than you feel ready to. You may wish to explore current concerns or reflect on past experiences. Working collaboratively with a qualified counsellor to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences can help you to make sense of what’s going on, develop deeper self-awareness, and find a way forward. Some sessions may feel challenging, while others may bring relief or clarity.
