As a relational integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including humanistic and psychodynamic theories. At the heart of my work is the belief that a trusting therapeutic relationship can support meaningful change. Because everyone has their own unique experiences and way of understanding the world, I tailor my approach to your individual needs, offering a compassionate and accepting space where you can explore whatever has brought you to therapy.
Together, we can make sense of what is happening for you now and, where it feels helpful, gently reflect on earlier experiences to understand how they may be influencing how you experience yourself and others. I will be alongside you as you process difficult emotions, gain greater self-understanding and discover new ways of moving forward.
Clients often describe me as attuned, engaged and compassionate. I am passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, deepen their self-awareness, and cultivate greater self-acceptance.
