I am a relational integrative therapist offering a thoughtful and supportive space to talk about what’s going on for you.
People come to therapy for many different reasons — you might be feeling overwhelmed, low, anxious, or emotionally tired. You may be navigating loss, trauma or a significant life change. You might struggle with boundaries, speaking up for yourself, or feel like you’re always putting others first.
In our work together, we can take time to explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that feels manageable, helping you feel more steady, more connected to yourself and better able to understand what you need.
