Sessions and Fees

Types of Counselling
I provide both short-term and long-term counselling, available online and in-person:

• Online sessions are held via Microsoft Teams

• In-person sessions take place at The Eaves in Guildford

Fees & Payment

• £60 per 50-minute session

• Payment is made via BACS bank transfer

Cancellations:

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session fee. 

Introductory Call 

I warmly invite you to get in touch for a free 20-minute introductory conversation. This gives us an opportunity to discuss what has brought you to counselling, answer any questions you may have, and see whether working together feels right.
